Shipping and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 16 July 2026

This policy applies to all retail orders placed on birusg.com. For wholesale orders, delivery and returns are governed by the terms agreed with your account contact. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery coverage

BIRÜ delivers across Singapore. Orders are fulfilled from our Singapore facility, with frozen products transported via cold-chain delivery.

Delivery schedule

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday.

  • Orders received before 12:00pm the day before dispatch will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day.

  • Orders received after the cut-off will be shipped on the following dispatch day.

  • If a dispatch day falls on a public holiday, orders will be fulfilled on the next scheduled dispatch day.

Example: an order placed over the weekend ships on Tuesday; an order placed on Tuesday afternoon ships on Thursday.

Delivery fees

A delivery fee of SGD [FEE] applies to all orders. Orders above SGD [THRESHOLD]qualify for free delivery. All fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Cold-chain handling

Frozen products are transported in temperature-controlled conditions and remain frozen throughout transit. Products are delivered in insulated packaging suitable for short holding periods only. Please transfer frozen items to a freezer (-18°C or below) immediately upon receipt.

Receiving your order

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and that a recipient is available on the scheduled delivery day.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, no recipient being available, or restricted access to the premises, BIRÜ is not responsible for any degradation in product quality resulting from the failed or delayed delivery. Where re-delivery is possible, an additional fee of SGD [RE-DELIVERY FEE]may apply.

Changes to delivery details

Requests to change your delivery address or delivery day must be made before your order is dispatched. Once an order has left our facility, changes are no longer possible. Contact us as early as possible at claudia@clertrading.comwith your order number.

2. Order Amendments and Cancellations

You may amend or cancel your order at no charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be amended or cancelled.

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method.

3. Returns and Refunds

Perishable goods; all sales are final

Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This does not affect your rights in respect of damaged, defective or incorrect items, as set out below.

Damaged, defrosted or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defrosted, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at claudia@clertrading.com, quoting your order number and attaching clear photos of the affected items and packaging.

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible, as product condition cannot be verified once items have been stored or consumed.

Resolution

Verified claims will be resolved, at BIRÜ's discretion, by one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected items on the next scheduled dispatch day;

  • Store credit for the value of the affected items; or

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.

Items not eligible for refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery;

  • Natural variation in fruit size, shape or colour;

  • Change of mind; or

  • Orders that could not be delivered due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address, no recipient available).
