Frozen Pineapple

Frozen pineapple IQF-process and available in chunks 1/12, tidbits 1/16, dices 10X10, spears or rings. Packaged in 1kg units woth a 24-month shelf life.

Dried Pineapple

Convection-dehydrated with no added sugar or preservatives, preserving the fruit's natural flavor and nutrients. Available in 50 g packs with a 24-month shelf life.

Pineapple Juice NFC

Not from concentrate, with the full nutritional profile intact and zero additives. Available in 1 L bottles with a 12-month shelf life.

Where do your pineapples come from? Every Birü pineapple is grown in San Carlos, Costa Rica, a region blessed with rich volcanic soil and a tropical climate that produces some of the world's finest fruit.

What makes the MD2 variety special? MD2 is globally recognised for its exceptional sweetness, low acidity, and consistent golden colour. It's juicy, firm, and unlike some varieties, is gentle on the tongue.

Are your products free from additives and preservatives? Always. Every Birü product contains 100% pineapple and nothing else. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, just pure fruit, as nature intended.

How should I store my Birü products? It depends on the product, frozen pineapple should be kept at -18°C and not refrozen once thawed; dried pineapple and NFC juice are best stored in a cool, dry place at ambient temperature.
